2. Eligibility Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. Employees of Kane's Competitions and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. By entering, you confirm you are legally permitted to participate in prize competitions in your jurisdiction.
3. How to Enter Tickets can be purchased via our website at the listed price per ticket. No purchase is necessary — free postal entry is available. To enter by post, send a handwritten postcard or letter with your full name, email address, date of birth, and the competition name to: Kane's Competitions, [Your Address]. One free postal entry per person, per competition. Postal entries must arrive before the competition closing date.
4. Competition Draw Winners are selected at random from all valid entries once the minimum ticket threshold has been reached. The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently. Kane's Competitions reserves the right to extend the closing date if the minimum threshold is not met within the advertised timeframe.
5. Minimum Threshold & Refunds If the minimum ticket threshold is not reached, all ticket purchases will be refunded in full within 5–10 business days. Kane's Competitions will not be liable for any losses arising from a competition not proceeding.
6. Prizes Prizes are as described on each individual competition listing. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Kane's Competitions reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Notification Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry within 48 hours of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, Kane's Competitions reserves the right to redraw a new winner.
8. Publicity By entering, you agree that Kane's Competitions may use your first name and general location for promotional purposes (e.g. announcing winners on social media), unless you request otherwise in writing.
