Competition Ticket Refund & Purchase Policy

All competition ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our full Terms and Conditions.

No Purchase Necessary — Free Postal Entry No purchase is required to enter any competition run by Kane's Competitions. To request a free entry, send a handwritten postcard or letter including your full name, email address, date of birth, and the name of the competition you wish to enter to: Kane's Competitions, [Your Address]. One free postal entry per person, per competition. Postal entries must be received before the competition closing date. Kane's Competitions accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in the post. Free postal entries will be assigned a single entry into the draw and will not receive bonus tickets.

Minimum Ticket Threshold Each competition has a minimum ticket sales threshold. In the event that this threshold is not met by the competition closing date, all ticket purchases will be refunded in full within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Kane's Competitions reserves the right to extend the competition closing date to allow the threshold to be reached.

General Tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value. Kane's Competitions reserves the right to cancel or amend any competition in exceptional circumstances, in which case all affected ticket purchases will be refunded in full.
